Steps of Cooking
- In a cooking pan, pour 1 litre of milk and add 2-3 tablespoons of milk powder.
- Stir well for 2-5 minutes and bring to a boil.
- Add 1 packet of Mehran Zafrani Kheer Mix.
- Cook on medium flame for a further 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently until the Zafrani Kheer thickens.
- Remove from heat once the desired consistency is reached, then serve warm or chilled.
